45:9-22.3. Failure of physician to comply; sanctions
A physician who fails to comply with this act is liable for action by the State Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to R.S. 45:9-1 et seq. L.1984, c. 185, s. 2, eff. Nov. 14, 1984.
