45:9-22.7. Exemption
The disclosure requirements of this act do not apply in the case of a practitioner who is providing health care services pursuant to a prepaid capitated contract entered into with the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services in the Department of Human Services. L. 1989, c. 19, s. 4.
