46:10A-4. Statement of receipt of notice by mortgagor
At or before the closing of the mortgage loan transaction the company issuing the title insurance shall obtain from the mortgagor a statement in writing that he has received the notice required under section 1 of this act. L.1964, c. 100, s. 2.
