46:10B-13. Authorization to make
Notwithstanding any law, rule, regulation, or opinion to the contrary, it shall be lawful for any institution authorized in this State to make mortgage loans secured by a mortgage on real property to make graduated payment mortgages. L.1979, c. 139, s. 2, eff. July 6, 1979.
