46:38A-16. Transfer by obligor; custodian nominated
If a person having the right to do so under R.S. 46:38A-6 has nominated a custodian under that section to receive custodial property under R.S. 46:38A-15, the transfer shall be made to that person. L. 1987, c. 18, s. 1.
