46:8C-8. Regulation and licensing by municipality; ordinance
In addition to the powers set forth in R.S. 40:52-1, the governing body of a municipality may, by ordinance, provide for the regulation and licensing of mobile home parks. L.1983, c. 399, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1984.
