48:19-27. Applications for exception
An application for an exception authorized pursuant to the provisions of section 1 of this act shall be filed in writing with, and upon forms supplied by, the board, and shall contain such information as the board shall require. L.1973, c. 160, s. 2, eff. June 7, 1973.
