48:2-29.31. Tenants' lifeline assistance program; establishment and administration
The Commissioner of the Department of Human Services, hereinafter referred to as the commissioner, shall establish and administer a program which shall be known as the "Tenants' Lifeline Assistance Program." L.1981, c. 210, s. 2, eff. July 20, 1981.
