48:2-38. Evidence by member or employee in civil suit
No member or employee of the board shall be required to give testimony or to furnish documents in a civil suit to which the board is not a party, with regard to information obtained by him in the discharge of his official duty. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 22.
