4:1-10. Secretary and assistant secretary of board
The Secretary of Agriculture shall serve as secretary of the Board. The assistant secretary of the board, in the absence of the secretary, shall exercise all his powers and perform all his duties. Amended by L.1939, c. 40, p. 57, s. 1.
