4:19A-8. Rules or regulations
The commissioner shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt any rules or regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1983, c. 172, s. 9.
