51:1-29.2. Net weight standards pertaining to flour; adopted
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the State Superintendent shall adopt the net weight standards pertaining to flour as set forth in section 3.17 of Chapter 3 of the National Bureau of Standards Handbook 133, Third Edition. L.1989, c.256, s.1.
