51:1-31.10. Tolerances or variations as to quantity
Reasonable tolerances or variations as to quantity shall be permitted. There is no tolerance permitted with reference to the minimum weight per gallon requirement for frozen desserts. L.1941, c. 278, p. 750, s. 10.
