52:13C-23a Fee imposed by ELEC on governmental affairs agent.
1. In addition to any fee collected pursuant to subsection j. of section 6 of P.L.1971, c.183 (C.52:13C-23), the commission shall establish and collect no later than January 31 of each year a $100 fee from each governmental affairs agent for deposit into the General Fund. Such moneys shall be allocated annually by the Legislature for use by the commission. L.2004,c.37,s.1.
