52:17B-9.4. Rules and regulations
The Superintendent of State Police shall be responsible for the establishment and promulgation of rules and regulations of the State Capitol Police Force, subject to the approval of the Attorney General. L.1977, c. 135, s. 4, eff. July 1, 1977.
