52:27-39.5. Effective date; limitation of time for adoption of resolution
This act shall take effect immediately, but no compromise settlement shall be entered into under this act unless a resolution authorizing the same shall have been adopted pursuant to section two of this act within two years from the effective date of this act. L.1946, c. 35, p. 77, s. 5.
