52:27B-8. Administrative Division authorized
The commissioner shall have authority to organize and maintain in his offices an Administrative Division and to employ therein such secretarial, clerical and other assistants as his office and the internal operations of the department shall require. L.1944, c. 112, art. 2, p. 289, s. 7.
