52:27D-118.37. Change in municipal budget, required documentation
For each municipality receiving discretionary aid pursuant to this act, the director: a. Shall have the authority to increase, decrease, add or delete revenues and expenditures from the budget of the municipality based on the municipality's experience and prudent fiscal management; and b. May require documentation, schedules and estimates related to the municipal budget. L.1991,c.63,s.6.
