4. The Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, shall publish a publicly available list of flooring materials identified as known or potential sources of mercury vapor emissions. The list shall indicate which flooring types require a manufacturer certification pursuant to the provisions of subsection a. of section 1 of this act. The list shall include, but not be limited to, poured polyurethane flooring manufactured between 1960 and 2005. Additionally, this list shall be updated as new information emerges and shall be published on the Internet websites of the Department of Health and Department of Environmental Protection.
