52:27D-219. Rules and regulations
The commissioner, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall promulgate the rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1984, c. 31, s. 6, eff. Nov. 1, 1984.
