52:27D-29.33 Definitions.
2. As used in this act: "County office on aging" means a county office on aging which is also designated as an area agency on aging for funding under the "Older Americans Act of 1965," Pub.L.89-73 (42 U.S.C. s.3001 et seq.). "Director" means the Director of the Division of Aging Services in the Department of Human Services. "Senior citizen" means a person 60 years of age or older.
