52:27D-35. Tenure rights and rights or protection under pension law or retirement system
Nothing in this act shall be construed to deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any right or protection provided him by Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, Civil Service, or under any pension law or retirement system. L.1966, c. 293, s. 35.
