27. The Office of the Public Guardian for Elderly Adults shall conform and implement procedures necessary to comply with the requirements of P.L.1991, c.201 (C.26:2H-53 et al.), and shall make a written statement of its obligations under that act available to the public. L.1991,c.201,s.27.
