52:28-10. Agreement confirmed by New Jersey
The aforesaid agreement, and every article, clause, matter and thing therein contained, shall be and the same is hereby fully and amply ratified and confirmed on the part of the state of New Jersey. Rev.1877, p. 1179, s. 10 (C.S. p. 5361, s. 13).
