52:32-39. Accrual of prejudgment interest not permitted
Nothing in this act shall be construed as permitting the accrual of prejudgment interest in the case of a disputed contract for which a notice of claim has been filed under the "New Jersey Contractual Liability Act," N.J.S. 59:13-1 et seq., as provided in N.J.S. 59:13-8. L. 1987, c. 184, s. 8.
