52:13F-2. Legislative recognition
The Legislature hereby recognizes the need for a balance between New Jersey's economic and environmental needs. The Legislature further recognizes that information on the environmental and economic impact of legislation under consideration is essential to maintaining a balance between New Jersey's economic and environmental needs.
