7. Nothing in P.L.2017, c.2 (C.52:18A-234.1 et seq.) shall be construed as superseding the provisions of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), known commonly as the open public records act. L.2017, c.2, s.7.
