52:27D-29.21. Rules, regulations
The commissioner shall adopt the rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1987, c. 133, s. 5.
