52:27D-358. Rules, regulations
The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.). The commissioner shall adopt the regulations within six months of the effective date of this act. L. 1986, c. 103, s. 29.
