8. The provisions of subsection f. of section 8 of P.L.1965, c.89 (C.53:5A-8) as amended in section 7 of P.L.1991, c.206, shall apply to the retirements on and after the effective date of P.L.1985, c.175 of persons who were members of the retirement system on that effective date. L.1991,c.206,s.8.
