54:32B-8.25. Bible or similar sacred scripture
Receipts from sales of the Bible or similar sacred scripture of a bona fide church or religious denomination are exempt from the tax imposed under the Sales and Use Tax Act. L.1980, c. 105, s. 37, eff. Sept. 11, 1980.
