The provisions of P.L.2018, c.11 (C.54:4-66.6 et al.) shall not be construed to prohibit a municipality or county from accepting bequests, legacies, or gifts pursuant to N.J.S.40A:5-29, or to prevent a local unit from accepting charitable donations in accordance with any other legal authority.
