54:47C-17. Appropriation
There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for use of the council during the first year of its operation the sum of $50,000.00 which sum shall be reimbursed to the State from the first available tax receipts received by the department under this act. L.1959, c. 18, p. 92, s. 17.
