54:5-68. Monthly payments; time allowed
The resolution may provide for payment of the estimated total sum due the municipality on any one parcel in substantially equal monthly installments, over a period not exceeding 3 years. Amended by L.1979, c. 133, s. 1, eff. July 6, 1979.
