54:4-3.6e. Leased school district property
Whenever a portion of school district property is leased to an organization other than those described in R.S. 54:4-3.3, that portion shall be subject to taxation and the remaining portion only shall be exempt. L.1983, c. 262, s. 2, eff. July 7, 1983.
