55:13B-17. Legislative findings and declarations
The Legislature hereby finds and declares that the well-being of residents of rooming houses, boarding houses and residential health care facilities in the State of New Jersey requires a declaration of a bill of rights for such residents. L.1979, c. 500, s. 1.
