56:8-38. Nonprofit or political organizations; application of act
The provisions of this act shall not apply to any person who sells, raffles or otherwise disposes of the ticket for a bona fide nonprofit or political organization when the premium proceeds are devoted to the lawful purposes of the organization. L.1983, c. 135, s. 13.
