56:8-74. Warranty given as a matter of law
8. If a dealer fails to give a written warranty required by this act, the dealer nevertheless shall be deemed to have given the warranty as a matter of law, unless a waiver has been signed by the consumer in accordance with section 7 of this act. L.1995,c.373,s.8.
