58:10-49. Submission of written report to Governor, Legislature
Within three months of the completion of the study required pursuant to section 3 of this act, the department shall submit to the Governor and the Legislature a written report summarizing the results of the study, including recommendations for administrative or legislative action. L.1990,c.77,s.4.
