58:10A-59. Penalties for violation
A person who violates the provisions of section 1 of this act, or who violates the provisions of any rule and regulation adopted by the department pursuant to section 2 of this act, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of section 10 of P.L. 1977, c. 74 (C. 58:10A-10). P.L. 1988, c. 117, s. 4.
