5:12-130.11. Investigation by the division of gaming enforcement
The division shall investigate and report to the commission with regard to the qualifications of each person who is proposed as a candidate to serve as a conservator pursuant to this amendatory and supplementary act. L.1978, c. 7, s. 40, eff. March 17, 1978.
