5:3-40. Chief inspector and other employees; employment
The department, in accordance with the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, shall employ a chief inspector and such additional inspectors and other employees as may be necessary to administer and enforce this act. L.1975, c. 105, s. 10, eff. May 29, 1975.
