6:1-96. Rules and regulations
The commissioner is authorized to make such rules and regulations, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), as he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1983, c. 264, s. 18, eff. July 11, 1983.
