9:6A-13. Rules, regulations
In accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the department shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L. 1986, c. 27, s. 4, eff. June 17, 1986.
