NMSA 1978, § 1-1-23

As used in the Election Code [Chapter 1 NMSA 1978], "unique identifier" means a randomly generated series of numbers, letters or symbols assigned to a voter, which shall not be the voter's social security number or date of birth. History: Laws 2005, ch. 270, § 5; 2007, ch. 337, § 4.
