Election judges; unused paper ballots

Immediately upon the time of the closing of the polls, the election judges and presiding judge, in the presence of those lawfully permitted to be present, shall publicly destroy all unused paper ballots. History: 1953 Comp., § 3-12-97, enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 222, § 66; 2009, ch. 150, § 27.
