Competitive sealed proposals; award

The award shall be made to the responsible offeror or offerors whose proposal is most advantageous to the state agency or a local public body, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposals. History: Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 90; 1987, ch. 348, § 6.
