Statewide system for hunting activities

The state game commission shall develop a statewide system for hunting activities that increases participation by New Mexico residents and considers hunter safety, quality hunts, high demand areas, guides and outfitters, quotas and local and financial interests. History: Laws 1996, ch. 89, § 4.
