Presumption of loss [sale]

In any case where a license collector has notified the director of the department of game and fish of the loss of an application blank for hunting or fishing licenses, it shall be presumed that the blank has been sold. History: 1953 Comp., § 53-3-5.3, enacted by Laws 1959, ch. 144, § 3.
