Accounting for licenses

When a license vendor is unable to account for hunting and fishing licenses issued to him, the state game commission shall determine the extent of liability of the vendor and the decision of the commission shall be final. History: 1953 Comp., § 53-3-5.6, enacted by Laws 1959, ch. 144, § 6.
